Just continue the game, enter the elevator. When asked don't close the elevator door, so David could die once he gets to the cable car. When on the floor with Victor (the Janitor), again, fail to close the elevator door so he could die. When in the cable car control room, answer ~I'm not a monster~ and kill the priest.
