All in all, these should give you Disease Master for doing all viruses on Mega-Brutal and Vampire Master for completing Shadow Plague on Mega-Brutal. Also, you might get Unlock Cheatmodes. If you haven't already.

- If you have all cheatmodes unlocked, I think, simply re-signing save files with missions should do it. Just load them one by one and wait for viruses to do their job. Shouldn't take long for each save.
- If you haven't got all cheats unlocked, I would suggest re-signing all files that are in the folder (I don't know which one have all cheats unlocked), again load saves one by one and wait for people to die\turn into slaves etc.
