Works for me, just load the save, start the mission, save it again then load it again. Make sure you delete your save file, profile, share profile. Trophy won't pop if you don't follow this.

Hasnt been popping up for me, not sure what the issue is i have tried resigning and carry everything over, deleting my original and transfer and overwriting the transfer.
I am able to play the save but no trophies pop
