Go to World Map, Load 2-1 and clear the level within 5:15 to pop The Challenges Begin, Halfway There, and You've Got the Knack

Next, Go to world map again, load 2-1 and find relic energy to pop Treasure Hunter. Then open the 2 chests on the level, get the last gadget and either the aqua or ruby relic to pop The Doctor's Disciple and All-New Powers

After you've done that, go to Extra Content. Get 5 stars on the first time trial and the first Coliseum Attack to pop Speed Demon and King of the Coliseum.
