After loading a save, you will find yourself near Vault 101, you have 30 levels, and you can wear power armor.
- All paramatry S.P.E.C.I.A.L. pumped to 10.
- All skills are pumped to 100.
- Collected all the perks, except for "The Way to Heaven," "The Perfect Balance" and "Road to Hell", because with them you will not be able to take all teammates in the game.
- Collected the best weapons and armor, including items from the official add-ons.

Yeah but are you Invincible and having infinite AP? I dunno why anyone would want that, it completely takes away ALL gameplay. Why is it so difficult to find a Save with all droppable items/world-objects in inventory, possibly unlimited carry weight (not mandatory), and besides that it should be a Normal Game, allowing for the player to set their Perks the way they want. Even being limited to 29 Perks is too many if one is
using any of the dozens of exploits, one wont even need all 29 to have the best of the best combination. But WHY would anyone want ALL
perks, when some of them are useless to a Maxed out Character while others are just useless from Bethesda, Bloody Mess can make looting a dozen corpses awful for example.
