Notice:

First select staff then activate trainer

First spend funds then activate funds cheat

First spend logistics then activate logistics cheat

First use a staff to do an action like fundraising then activate staff action cheat

You must turn off staff action cheat before you end your turn otherwise it will effect AI, Other cheats are safe to keep on all the time though.
