Launch the trainer first, then launch the Game and then Press F1 at the Main Menu.

Listen for "Activated".

Press desired option key

Numpad 1: Unlimited Health - toggle on for unlimited health

Numpad 2: Unlimited Food - toggle on for unlimited food

Numpad 3: Fast Digging - toggle on and most things complete being broken down or dug or harvested much quicker

Numpad 4: Fly Mode - toggle on for fly mode.
