To use this save you need a save editor and by platinum he probably means that he already got the platinum trophy but that doesn't necessarily mean you will unlock it since trophies don't just unlock after loading a save.

Unfortunately unusable for me! Do not let me copy it to ps 4 and write it down to another so you can not copy it.

Not working, it says "corrupted data" and you can't find a loophole to use someones Save Data
