Xbox 360 dev Natelx has released an app called XNA v4.0 Offline for homebrew enabled Xbox 360 consoles. Basically what this app allows you to do is debug XNA games, code, directly on your console which previously required an XNA Creators Club account and connection to LIVE's Servers.
This is somthing that many people have been waiting for and we all appreciate the work nate

Make sure to sign in on any profile, even offline, before launching
The file 584E07D100000000 goes in:
Content\584E07D1\00080000\
Will show as a game demo, "XNA Creators Club"
Or you can run it extracted, just copy all the other files somewhere
Then run default.xex

The download link doesn't work. Clicking download just says you've entered the wrong CAPTCHA. Tried it 8 times. Does anyone out there have the XNA for the xbox? I have the PC studio, but can't get the xex.
