Change the account ID's and the device ID's, then rehash and resign. Then add to your device. Same things that are required with a majority of other gamesaves. Not too hard, but PM me (TaylorSwift) if you need assisstance.
This doesn't really give you the best chaos levels or money, but the Black Market has EVERYTHING unlocked.
For Chaos, Money, tool parts and vehicle parts... use Horizon. Its simple Really.
