Item description:

Characters have all moves unlocked as well as 99 on each stat and that means Prime Difficulty is unlocked.

There is a maxed SS Devastator's Drills and a S Fusion Cannon(mod) available to use for fun.

I'm still trying to max out melee atk, ranged atk and defense for each character manually since there isn't a way to edit EXP(they can reach 1485, 1485 and 1980 respectively without tech and after getting to 99 on STR CRG SPD FRB SKL END INT and RNK)
