Popped way more than just NG+, unfortunately. Be aware if you are trying to look legit you will pop things out of order. Best to have everything done with exception of just NG+ before using this. It does work though.

You need ps4 save wizard to resign the save to your profile or else it will not work

HOW DO YOU UTILIZE THE SAVES? I PLUGED THE USB WITH THE FILE INTO THE PS4 AND IT DOES NOT SEE ANY SAVED FILES. WHAT AM I DOING INCORRECT?

How does this work? Download the file to USB copy to PS but the saved data belongs to another user.
