Item description:

These save files come directly from a european cartridge. They beated Red and had all previous requirements, normally they had all the legendary Pokémon, have had the spiked ear Pichu but didn't trigger the Celebi event.
The save "1" is right before triggering the first dialogue caused by Arceus, and the "2" is after the player is back with the level 1... Dialga iirc? Anyway this is for research, in case you want to use Pkhex and search for the flags to set to 0 if you want to reset the event.
