I case you guys don't know, when this save or any save says OFFLINE ONLY, it means your Playstation has to be disconnected from your internet. The save has an inornate amount of Stat numbers and if you're online but use an offline lobby, the game will recognize the inornate amount of stat numbers and will reset them accordingly. Play this save without internet connection.

The Name for the save says US/EU.. so yes it is for EU as well.

Could you put surging spirit on every race with every move unlocked & mentors (one female saiyan, female majin, female human & one male saiyan, male human , nemekian & frieza race) (you don't have to do male majin fr)
