1. Once loaded press the CROSS button to summon war council.
2. After that close message boxes with pressing CIRCLE button twice.
3. Choose Orlais (LEFT CARD).
4. Select mission called "Address the Chantry in Val Royeaux" (Castle with green rift above it).
5. After short dialog there will be another message box on which you have to press the CROSS button. After that the trophy should pop up.
