Deep Roads Commander
1. Once loaded open press the CROSS button to open expedition table menu and complete any mission.
You can change the time on your console to speed up this process.

Fact Finder & Shaper of Stone
1. Once loaded go down the stairs to trigger the cutscene. After it you should get "Fact Finder" trophy.
2. For "Shaper of Stone" trophy defeat boss on the arena downstairs and skip the following cutscenes.

Giant Slayer
1. Once loaded open go ahead and defeat an ogre alpha.
