Item description:

Go left (You will lose your anima)

Keep on going left, go up the stairs,
Secti will pass you, so go left and talk to Secti

Go down the nearby stairs (right beside you on your right - Track No. 2)

Go to the left and pull the lever, then go back up the stairs

Go far right, enter the door, go up the stairs and talk to Pax

Go back down stairs, out the door and talk to Secti again

Go talk to Pax until you can't talk to him anymore (2-3 times)

Go back down stairs, out the door and talk to Secti until you can't talk to him anymore

Go back to Pax

Open the Arca and press X on Pax once, DON'T distill him!

Enter Pax's secret room and absorb some anima from the containers

Pick up the letter memento from the bulletin board [Plot Thickens trophy unlocks]
(Make sure to pick up the Alma from one of the containers)

Go all the way down the stairs and back up again
(Do this 2 - 3 times) [Stair Master trophy unlocks]

Either wing jump on the top of the stairs, very bottom of stairs,
or out the door to farm them (do this 38 - 39 times) [Tower Hawk trophy unlocks]
