Item description:

The Only Guns You Need - Complete End of Zoe on Normal or Joe Must Die using no weapons.

Leave the tent, enter the the house through the tunnel to find Zoe and start the final boss fight.
You have tons of Effigy's automatically boosting your attack power and lots of heals.
Lay into him with [L2] Power Fist attacks a lot and he won't last long. [L1] to Block. [R1] to Heal.

After the fight, aproach Zoe in the corner to trigger the ending. (cutscene skippable)

Fastest Man in the Swamp - Complete an Extreme Challenge in End of Zoe.

Completing the game will have unlocked Time Trial Challenges. start a New Game on 'Normal' difficulty.
Complete the first time challenge that starts as soon you run up the small hill and ends when you enter the next building.

It's very easy to complete. Run up the hill and punch the first enemy to death, then stealth kill the final 2. Punch down the door and enter the building for the trophy.
