- Crime Master (you only have all the bonus objectives for the "stolen vehicle" crime
- Memory Lane (just collect the last postcards, you'll see it on the map)
- Pete's First Villain (a secondary mission)
- Underground Undone (just shut down the last Undergrounds hideouts)
- Under Their Noses (shut down the last Roxxon Labs)
- Salvager (open the last Underground caches. There're 2 left, one in the Roxxon labs and one in the Underground hideouts)
- Five Star Review (complete the last FNSM request)
- Urban Explorers (collect the last time capsule)
- Deep Cuts (collect the last sound sample)
- A New Home
