You will spawn in the restroom with 7 female survviors. Turn around and jump on the sinks, go to the far left of the sinks and fast travel to Paradise Plaza. Upon loading in, a cutscene will play, you can either watch it or skip it. You will now be infront of some guys dressed in yellow. Walk forward a bit and spam square with the mega buster on hand(it auto locks onto enemies if you're within range). Once they've all been defeated walk up to the box in the middle and open it, a girl will come out and when she joins you, that will unlock the "Tour Guide" and "Frank the Pimp" Trophies :)
