Start Game > Continue
You will be in the restroom. Seconds after loading in you will get a call, pick it up and once the call ends you will get the "Transmissionary" Trophy.
Head back to the safehouse, before you enter, press start and and open the "NOTEBOOK". once open just unpause the game, travel to the safehouse and head towards the office. You will unlock the "Full Set" Trophy
