You'll yet again be in the gym holding the megaman blaster! Please note that I've included modded health in this save to make things easier for you :) Head to the food court, will be on you're left as you leave the gym. From here go straight and turn right to go through the doors leading to the park. A cutscene will playout, you can skip it if you want. Chase down the convicts vehcile which you can't miss and blast them down the mega man blaster. After you've killed them off, hop in their vehicle for the "Carjacker" Trophy.
