Geht im Hauptmenü auf Einzelspieler und ladet den Spielstand.
Beendet die Mission und ihr erhaltet die Trophäe nach einem Video.
Ihr müsst nur in die Lobby gehen und danach zurück zu eurem Animus-Terminal.

Go to single player in the main menu and load the game.
Complete the mission and you will receive the trophy after a Video.
All you have to do is go to the lobby and then back to your Animus terminal.
