03 - 030 - Stimply Amazing - Let the enemy hit you twice then hit down on the D-Pad a few times and it will pop.

04 - 035 - Crafty - Activate the workbench, then go down to nails (5) and press (X) to accept. Make 21 and the achievement will pop.

05 - 061 - Desert Survivalist - Let the enemy hit you then start backing up and pressing down on the D-pad. might take a few hits from the enemy and on the D-Pad.

06 - 072 - Come Fly with Me - Load and wait for the achievement to pop.

07 - 116 - New Kid - Load save and achievement will pop.

08 - 125 - New Vegas Samurai - Go beat down a ghoul or two in front of you.

09 - 132 - Walker of the Mojave - Just walk to the fench in front of you until it pops.

10 - 147 - They Went That-A-Way - Open door, choose first choice when speaking a few times.

11 - 158 - Jury Rigger - Bring up the Pip-Boy, Press "Y" then "A" for repair.

12 - 178 - G.I. Blues - Talk to the guy in front of you.

13 - 184 - One Armed Bandit, Little Wheel, Double Down - Play one more game of slots, blackjack and roulette. All are in the same room.

14 - 186 - Ol' Buddy Ol' Pal - Talk to the King and tell him Rex can be fixed.

15 - 044 - Know When to Fold Them - Talk to Ringo and win one more game of Caravan.

16 - 194 - Caravan Master - Talk to guy in front of you and win one more game of caravan.

17 - 057 - Mod Machine - Press "B" to pull up Pip-Boy, then "LB" on the Varminet Gun and then "A" to mod.

18 - 079 - That Lucky Old Son - Talk to the guy in front of you and select the bright green option.

19 - 100 - Old-Time Brawler - Kill the guy in front of you with you.

20 - 123 - Outstanding Orator - Talk to Victoria and use the top option until you get the one that has [Intelligence] next to it. Select it and achievement should pop.

21 - 129 - The Whole Gang's Here - Talk to Boone and ask him to come fight the Legion then use the option with [Intelligence] next to it.

22 - 149 - Up and Comer - Kill the Legion member in front of you.

23 - 202 - Love the Bomb - Shoot a missle or two at the Deathclaws in front of you.

24 - 013 - Lead Dealer - Kill the Deathclaw in front of you.

25 - 028 - Master of the Mojave - Walk forward and discover the health clinic.

26 - 199 - The Boss - Load and select anything perk and then select "Done" and it will pop.

27 - 066 - Atrful Pocketer - Pick pocket Sarah's pocket and steal the bubble gum.

28 - 075 - No Tumbler Fumbler - Pick the lock in front of you.

29 - 082 - Ring-a-Ding-Ding - Search the Ash Pile and "Take All"

30 - 087 - Talent Pool - Talk to the Guy in front of you abd select the bright lime green option.

31 - 097 - Return to Sender - Speak to the Chief and select these options: "What do you think I should Do" --> "What will you do if I turn you in" --> "You've convinced me. Your life is Safe"

32 - 107 - The Legend of the Star - Pickup the holotape in front of you.

33 - 116 - Volarel - Talk to Pearl

34 - 147 - Arizona Killer - Wait for the plane to blow up.

35 - 152 - Render Unto Caeser - Enter the tent.

36 - 169 - Veni, Vidi, Vici and Hardcore - Open the door.

37 - 150 - You Know When it Happens - Load save and wait a few seconds.

38 - 155 - The House Always Win - Talk to House and select the first option then agree to leave and fight at the dam.

39 - 173 - All or Nothing - Talk to House in front of you.

40 - 182 - Wild Card - Talk to the computer and then tell him you are ready to leave and fight at the dam.

41 - 194 - No Gods, No Masters - Just let the robot go through his speech.

42 - 056 - The Courier Who Broke the Bank - Max bet on Blackjack win one hand.

43 - 016 - Hack the Mojave - Hack the computer in front of you. If you get locked out, re-load save try again.

44 - 009 - For the Republic - Talk to lady in front of you and tell her you are ready to fight at the dam.

45 - 010 - Eureka - Just wait for Oliver to talk to you.

46 - 041 - Globe Trotter - Pick up the last snow globe in front of you.

47 - 067 - Blast Master - Kill one more person/creature with an alien weapon.

01 - 002 - Assemble your Crew - Just load and watch the scene.

02 - 003 - Sierra Souvenir Aficionado - Pick up a few more chips out of the fountain.

03 - 004 - Having a Ball - Push the control terminal buttton.

04 - 005 - Cash Out - Kill the guy in front of you.

05 - 006 - Safety Deposite - Open the door in front of you.

02 - 008 - Rocket's Red Glare - Purchase all 3 Red Glare upgrades from the Commisionary Terminal

03 - 009 - ED-Ecated - Take the 'Eyeboy Upgrade Circuit Board' from the Destroyed eyebot infront of you.

04 - 012 - Warhead Hunter - Hold 'RT' To blow up the last warheard.

05 - 014 - Hometown Hero - Open the door infront of you, Achievement unlocked AFTER ending scene

DLC - Gun Runners Arsenal - Save Set by ThisGuyMods - XPGamesaves

01 - 234 - Curios and Relics - Load and shoot the ESTHER at the people in front of you

If for some reason the achievements didn't pop, open up your pip boy and find
the two challenges that are associated with these achievements (Notes ->
Challenges -> Hit Right a Couple of Times).They will show you how much damage
you've already inflicted so you know how much more you need
(if you didn't get it, you're probably right around 9900 or so).

02 - 235 - Master of the Arsenal - Load and shoot the ESTHER at the people in front of you (read instructions from 1 if achievement doesnt pop)

03 - 244 - Up to the Challenge - Just kill the Feral Ghoul in front of you.

04 - 255 - Combat Veteran - Just Kill Ceasar with your knife.

05 - 254 - Pros Only - Kill Gabbann (The guy in front of you) with the hunting revolver.
