Here is a save for the end game trophies for the 3rd DLC, you'll need to do the story yourself (its easy and short).
I've left the last Crew Challenge called "Creature Feature", its on the level you spawn on (its highlighted on the map). I've also left the last side mission, just hand it in (same level you spawn in).

This should net you the last 3 grindy end game trophies quickly.
