Load the game, When spawned move forward to safe deposit lockers room
Pick the note from the backpack in front
Turn left and go to safe and enter the code 60-23-06 to open the locker
Move forward and scan the area using R1 + 0, you should find the ring in one of the lockers at the right corner of the room after you take the shotgun weapon, take the ring and trophy will pop. Follow this video for exact location
