Enable 720p when the game playing, may make it slower, this only works one time.

This is just a tip:

Restore Default Settings, warning: have to sign in again.
Use 720p resolution.
Disable HDCP, in the System.

Check these settings before activating, the Boost Mode:

Video Playback Settings:
Output at 1080p/24 Hz: Automatic

Sound and screen:
Resolution: 720p
RGB Range: Automatic (Recommended)
HDR: Automatic
Adjust HDR: No.
Deep Color Output: Automatic

Enable Boost Mode, in the System.
Start the game.
