are you able to do a modded save for hard difficutly?

I was wondering how you added all the damage types on each weapon as well as immunity to everything on your armor. I would like to duplicate this on my own save I'd really appreciate it.

Any chance you can show how to mod my armour, or link to how you did it? I saw on NextGenUpdate a post like this, but doesn't show how or where to do it. All it says is check Save Wizards Modding on Dicord. But for the life of me, i cannot find any such post. And I've been looking on and off for the better part of a week.
