From where you start go, to the left and drop out of the building.
You'll find the final workbench in the large wooden shack in the middle of the area.

Master Set - Find all trading cards

Facing the workbench from the last trophy, head in a (1 o' clock) direction, towards some open doors with lighting inside.
Upon entering, the final card is sat on a table to your immediate right.
