Item description:

Fly Swatter - Shoot and knock back Marguerite while she's leaping at you.

Travel to the Greenhouse behind the trailer you start, drop down a hole on the second floor and run up the stairs to trigger the final Marguerite fight.
During the fight, she'll climb along the walls and cealings. She'll stop and look at you right before leaping.
You need to shoot her midair for the trophy. The timing can be tricky and may take some patience.
I recommend the Shotgun [Right] for the combination of stopping power and spread.
