Oh as I said above the customizations and badass is through your profile I can do it but I'd have to get your profile.bin and you gamer profile to unlock all customizations and​

mod your stats and badass.​

Take all 4 of my saves drop them on Horizon and copy paste your own Device, Profile, Console id's to my saves making sure you click "save, rehash & resign" on all of them and then save to device and enjoy!!
