This saveset is made for XPGamesaves.com. Made by me Jochem. Big thanks to MastaOfEvil of the editor.

Step 1. Financial Folly 50G
create a new game. Select second map and start it. Press Y to bring up the shop menu. Buy a couple of items so you have like $100 to $250 left (less is better). Press start and change game speed to 120x to make the time go faster. Wait a couple of minutes and the achievement is unlocked for the negative balance on the first day.
Step 2. Load up save 2. Longplayer 60G - Mobile Farmer 50G - Sower 50G - Lucky Hand 50G
Wait a couple of second for the 10h + achievement.
press right on dpad and select the red vehicle and drive some circles for the 100 kilometers achievement.
press right on the dpad and select the sowing machine, it has the green device at the back. press b to hire a worker so he does it automatically and wait a minute for the sow 10 hectare achievement.
To get the 25 horseshoe achievement you have to go to the mall. The quickest way is selecting right on the dpad so you're on a small tracktor in front of the mall. Head north of the little town and to the road a bit to the right at the edge. Go up the hill on the right side. You should see a white tent on top of the hill and a little before that some wood. Pick up the horseshoe at the wood. NOTE: you can pick up any horseshoe for the achievement to unlock, they are all still there in the game.

Step 3. load up save 3. Fruits of Your Labor 50G - Nouveau-Riche 40G - Enough for 12.5 Horses 60G
press right on dpad and select the red vehicle. Press B to let a worker harvest for the 10 hectare achievement.
press right on the dpad and select the little tractor at the mall, step out and go to the ATM. Borrow some money till you reach the 1 million mark for the 1 million achievement.
Go to the same spot where the horseshoe lies from the previous save for the 50 horseshoe achievement.

Step 4. Load up save 4. Out of Debt 60G - Well Heeled 60G
press right on the dpad and select the little tractor at the mall, step out and go to the ATM. Repay the 5000, achievement unlocked.
Borrow some money till you reach the 5 million mark for the 5 million achievement.

Step 5. load up save 5. Pots of Gold 80G - Mass Production 80G - Harvest King 80G - Mission Master 60G - The Collector 90G
press right on the dpad and select the little tractor at the mall, step out and go to the ATM. Borrow some money till you reach the 10 million mark for the 10 million achievement.
press right on the dpad and select the sowing machine, it has the green device at the back. press b to hire a worker so he does it automatically and wait a minute for the sow 100 hectare achievement.
press right on dpad and select the red vehicle. Press B to let a worker harvest for the 100 hectare achievement.
press start and go to last tab. change options for mission frequency to 2 minutes and finish last mission for 50 mission achievement.
Now pick up the last horseshoe. Its the same as save 2 and 3.
Step 6. Load up save 6. Very Frequent Driver 80G
select a tractor and drive some circles for the 1000 kilometers achievement.
