Item description:

You're in a save room before the final boss fight. Simply beat the boss, climb the ladder and the last file is on the ground next to the door.
You will also beat the game without using a healing item too.

I wanted to included the 19/20 charlie dolls and leave the first doll at the start of the game where you meet carlos for the first time, but somehow i missed one along the way (18/20)
