Go to mission select and start up super gore nest and get Last Toy.

-Reforged the Genie Lamp
Stay in mission super gore nest and get last cheat.

-Metal Head
Stay in mission super gore get last Record.

-Breaker of gates
Stay in super gore once you have got the blue part, head to slayer gate key, then head to slayer gate and complete it.

-Meet your unmaykr
Once slayer gate is completed pick up key, then return to campaign and collect the unmaykr.
