You will spawn in the Safe House.

Make your way to Jessie(behind the brown door that reads "Janitor's Room" and take a picture of her for the "Portraiture" Trophy. (Hold L2 and press Square to take a picture)

Once that pops, make your way to the next room and through the vent (Next to where Otis is standing) you'll have a short talk and then go through! Once on the other side walk forward and to the right to the blue elevator to meet Jeff. Walk up to him and stand there to make him talk to you, after another short conversation with Jeff, he will join you.

Bring Jeff with you around the building and you will see a woman "Natalie" keep walking up to her until you see her dialogue box saying "Jeff!" at this point back up and aim your camera at them, they will hug and two camera icons will appear above their heads, when this happens snap that picture for the "Photojournalist" and
"The Artiste" Trophies.

Next to where you saw Natalie there is a door, go through it. Head down that small hallway and to the right. Hop down onto those rall shelves and simply walk off for the "Freefall" Trophy.
