It isn't working for my file. In the ''records'' tab, I see says 58/58 with the red check mark next to it but it doesn't register the trophy when I constantly reload the save to pick up Leon's file he left for Claire. Any fix?

I can confirm this works, go out the door, do not cross the bridge on the left. Run right pass it. Follow the trail till you get by the train door. The last doc is on the table right next to the door entrance area. Hint: its in the area right before you use the steps to go down.

Loud_Tronix I downloaded the save and picked up Leon's note and didn't get the trophy, no worries just a heads up. Theres probably a note missing somewhere along the line of picking them up

Did you resign the profile data too? The trophy popped for me.
