Here is my platinum save for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. Load up the last mission and complete it on veteran to unlock the veteran trophy. (completing it on recruit MIGHT unlock it as well, but this has not been confirmed/tested)

Literally the rest of the trophies can be cleaned up on recruit via chapter select in just a couple hours!

Thanks Sean for this save file. what i did on the "into the furnace" mission was play on recruit until i got to the chopper then switched it to veteran. that worked. took me 2 hours to get rest of the trophies.
