there will be a flight of steps/stairs to you left, go up them

You're in Sonnenschein Plaza (Same location as Zoë's apartment)

Go around to you left, and you will see Baruti sitting on the
benches in front of the Seraph Kavarna building.

Interact with Baruti.
Select the Talk to Icon.
Select Doubts.
Select Hand over data.
Select Private.
Select Stay on. (Data Decisions trophy will pop)
