With this save you can obtain "Here´s my Resignation", "A Ripple in Time" and "Routes of the Future Past"

I know its not much but these are missable or require two playthroughs of the same chapter, thats why I made them

Here's my resignation

Continue the game, exit the room and go to the elevator. After the cutscene, shoot Neil with the rpg, wait until he cools down under the water and after that shoot him again.
Go to the elevator again and use it. Open the door and wait until you can play again, then switch to Moira and crawl with towards the gun and hit square

A Ripple in Time

Skip the cutscenes until you control Barry. Play until he do not have Natalia anymore on his back.
Then enter the next room, go down the stairs and to your left will be a hole where you can crouch to enter. Open the box with Natalia and pick up the gear thing inside

Continue the game and as soon as you enter the empty waterway the trophy will unlock
