As per the title, this save will give you Scene*complete and Picture complete.*
At the main menu go to "EXTRA" then "CONTENT VIEWER". Select "VOICE" or "PICTURE", Proceed to unlock everything, Once one is done re-transfer the save over and unlock the other in the same way. These are the only grindy*trophies IMO, Since it's free on PS+ this month, I thought this might be useful to someone!
