Doing this before the bureau alert will make it easier

"First On The Scene" fast travel to the location closeset to the alert, shoot the orbs first as they heal the enemies and keep moving as they can get behind you and kill you quickly.

"Unstable Matter" should only need a few kills with thrown items for this trophy or use a later save and kill 1 enemy.
