Virtuos Flame's OpenCMA has been updated by developer jd8531. This update to the unofficial version brings it to v4.5 and the patch prevents the Ps Vita Content Manager Assistant from connecting to the internet. By utilizing this you will not be forced to connect to the internet meaning you won't be forced to update your system. The installation instructions are listed below. Updates include making it easier to install and setup, Windows XP optimization and some bug fixes. Be sure to check out the source for additional notes from the developers as well as some more tips and tricks.
Installation:
- extract the archive in your CMA folder (program files/Sony/Content Manager Assistant by default)
- quit the CMA if it is running on your PC
- execute "run.bat" (you need to run it in "Admin mode" on windows 7
- That's it, now the CMA should run without requiring to be connected to the internet
