U.S save. It's important to finish the game with these saves before using the saves for the collectibles since you cannot get the collectibles in your first playthrough! This save is only for the completed chapters. You will get you 50% trophy completion.
Go to Select Chapter and play the last checkpoint for each chapter to unlock the chapter trophies.
To make your trophy list look legit, after doing the trophy for the end of chapter 3, go to Chapter 4: Checkpoint 1 afterwards to unlock The Two And The Town. Simply get to the part where you finally catch up with the girl. Resign and your'e good to go.

The Two And The Town
Play Chapter 4, Checkpoint 1 and when you finally meet the girl you will unlock it. This trophy needs to be done after beating Chapter 3 and before finishing Chapter 4.
