This is an interesting skin that replaces the default oil drums with new ones. Some may think it unnecsary, but I think it's a nice touch that helps improve Half Life 2 a bit in the sense that everything is a little more unique. There are three different oil drums skins that appear, 2 for standard, and 1 for the flammable, explosive barrels. It may not be much, but it's helping touch up Half Life 2 one piece at a time.
