1)go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\call of duty 4\main
2)make a backup (another copy) of iw_04
3)open the iw_04 in the main with winrar
4)drag skin file into iw_04 and replace
5)lanch call of dut 4 and enjoy.
