Right so i was on GTA online the other day and i accidentally ran this bloke over so i apologised and he said i was all cool. he invited me into his car then he went into the pause menu, selected an area on the map with a waypoint and we teleported there.. he then went onto spawning a few cars and planes and when i asked him how he got a menu and what he was using he proceeded to tell me that he never had a mod menu and he was using 'manual mods'? idk how this came about or how he did it so if anyone has any ideas or thoughts about this then please reply. thank you.
