Hi guys this is my take on whether you should bulk or cut as a beginner

Please let me know what you think

I think as a beginner it's important to know what your fitness/body goals are. Based on what your goals are for yourself is how to figure out if you need to bulk or cut.

For me I'm into more of just being aesthetic and not so much being huge.

Nice video though!

Very good point, but if you are extremely underweight you shouldn't cut because you will literally starve to death :') Even if you wanted the more trim aesthetic physique you should gain weight first in this case ;)

I'd say it's all on that person me myself when I started training I was so skinny so all I wanted to do was bulk but I had a plan to bulk then cut afterwards like I say I think it's just on the person

Good video,

As constructive criticism, you could have mentioned the differences between dirty bulking and clean bulking since they both have their place and not everyone can plan their meals

Otherwise really good video

Agree with you completely on this one man, I think it's great to look great, but not like a walking meat stick.

I was basically saying what this guy has just said but in different words and you all thought I was going insane
