I was in the middle of removing kitchen units when I see this thing under a corner cupboard. It has no wires going into it from what I can see but obviously I have no idea if there is any from inside the wall. I've tried taking the bottom lid off it but bit of it is stuck inside the wall and can't remove it.

It kinda looks like a old school smoke detector, but there isn't any buttons on it lol. If there is a outlet close by it's probably a junction box.
