Probably an avatar update, see if your avatars are grey. If so, you can download it.

If you're on update: 17526 and your Avatars are grey then you can do the update, it's just an avatar update, If they're not grey and you're on: 17526 and you don't see the entire modding scene freaking out, then it's a corrupt file and you can also do the update.
