I've been trying to install lspdfr for a while I just can't get the hold of it, any one who can help explain and step by step have my successfully install everything I want, like car mods, textures, and sirens I will send $20, thanks.

extract the files to the root of your game, then launch using the .exe it installs "RAGEPluginHook.exe" not via the shortcut on the desktop or steam etc.

Thanks guys I appreciate it I was able to find a YouTuber who is kind of cringy at times but goes into enough depth that I was able to get everything working for anyone who needs help I recommend watching this
